Last September 5, 2015, Jergens and Araneta Center partnered for the #GetGlowingWithJergens Skin Care Fair to help ladies achieve and maintain healthy, glowing skin all over their body.
I attended the event together with my other fellow beauty bloggers and college students from all over the metro at the Araneta Center Gateway Mall. I arrived almost an hour late because I still came from school that day but I'm so happy I was still able to make it.
The attendees of the event enjoyed an afternoon packed with various activities from typography classes to on-site pictorials. One-on-one consultations with skin care expert were conducted wherein the ladies, especially those who were not familiar with their skin type, were given expert advice on the do's and don'ts of skin care and they were even recommended on what Jergens variants are best for them.
One of the most enjoyable part of the day was the typography class taught by artist, Coy Cordova. Too bad I wasn't able to make it to the actual class because I came in late but I still got to experience it although I'm really not that good when it comes to typography but I do want to learn! I enjoyed although I struggled a little at first. Haha! Thanks to my friend and awesome artist as well, Joyce Sola, who also attended the event for guiding me.
Thank you, Dude, for this photo. :) |

MYX VJ host Ai Dela Cruz, PBA Courtside reporter Mara Aquino, and Yogi Erika Padilla graced the event as well and shared their beauty secrets and style tips. One of their best advises is to "never be lazy to slather on lotion. It goes a long way!".
Healthy, fruity flavors which smelled like the Jergens lotions (but didn't taste like it of course, haha) were served at the juice bar for the guests to keep them hydrated throughout the day's activities.
But the main star of the event was the new Jergens Hydrating Coconut Lotion. It was launched during the event. This new variant from Jergens is infused with coconut oil and coconut water that makes skin supple and luminous. I've tried it already and it feels light on the skin with a mild and refreshing scent. I will post a review on this soon. :)
The event was a fun-filled afternoon. I had so much fun so thanks to Digify Marketing Solutions Corp. and Vibelle Distribution, Inc. for the invitation and for the goodies! :)
Jergens is available in all leading department stores and supermarkets nationwide.
