Product Review: GARNIER MICELLAR CLEANSING WATER WITH ARGAN OIL

When buying makeup removers, what I always look for first is its capacity to remove even the stubborn waterproof makeup such as eyeliners, mascaras, and even eyelash adhesives! In my years of doing makeup and trying various makeup removers, I find that the oil-based ones are the best as they completely melt off the makeup. However, some oil-based makeup removers can be quite greasy and sometimes it makes my eyes feel a little heavy because some of the oil can get in.

But yes, I prefer oil-based makeup removers because they are easier to use but I would prefer those that are lighter and gentler on the skin. In my opinion, the best one so far is the Garnier Micellar Water with Argan Oil.

Product Name: Garnier Micellar Oil-Infused Cleansing Water

Product Rave-iew: Nivea Gentle Facial Cleansing Wipes and Exfoliating Wipes

I have tried many makeup remover wipes already. Some are good, some stings, some are dry and quite rough for our delicate skin, and some are too wet but doesn't completely remove the makeup from my face. I still try to find different makeup removers in the market because they are very convenient to use. Good thing, Nivea came up with these Gentle Facial Cleansing Wipes.

How I Remove My Makeup? (Nightly Skin Care Routine)

Weeks ago, one of my subscribers in YouTube left a comment in one of my video, asking if I can show you guys how I remove my makeup. Now, I've finally filmed a video about it and of course, including my complete nightly skin care routine. You'll see everything in the video embedded above. :)

Here are the products featured in the video. These are all the products that I use nightly before going to bed.

1. Dona Elena Olive Oil Pomace (P258.25/1 liter)
     - I used to use makeup removers before from different cosmetic and skin care brands but after learning that we can use olive oil to remove makeup and after learning about its benefits for our skin, I decided to just stick with this and ditch the makeup remover that comes in small bottles which are actually a little pricey. This bottle from Dona Elena already contains 1000ml of olive oil and we all know that we only need a very small amount of this to remove makeup so this bottle will last you for a very long time. I suggest though that you choose an Extra Virgin olive oil. Like what I've said, I decided to stick with olive oil as a makeup remover after learning all its benefits. Yes! It's good for your skin! It serves as moisturizer, it's antioxidant, and can protect your skin from sun damage. Other than these things that I've listed, there are other amazing benefits that an olive oil can provide for all of us --- for hair, for cooking (of course), for our health and even for household matters. :)

2. SkinLite Makeup Cleansing Tissue (P89.00/Landmark, Trinoma)
     - My favorite makeup wipes so far!

3. Glory of New York Facial Cleansing (Please visit Queen B. on Facebook for more inquiries)
     - I've mentioned this before and I'll say it again, I'm in love with its divine scent! Of course, aside from its lingering smell, I love how it leaves my skin fresh, smooth and supple! :)

4. Moringa O2 Malunggay Herbal Facial Toner (roughly P90.00)
     - Still my most favorite toner so far! :)

5. Glory of New York Fairness and Glow Cream (Please visit Queen B. on Facebook for more inquiries)
     - It's not called Fairness and Glow Cream for no reason! This really helps me achieve a fairer complexion and it gives a healthy glow on my skin. My favorite nighttime moisturizer ever!

That's it! I hope you can share your favorite makeup removers, too as well as your nightly skin care routine.

Stay awesome and accomplish your mission! :)

PRODUCT REVIEW: In2It 3 in 1 Cleansing Water

I think I found my newest favorite makeup remover. FYI, my favorite makeup remover is (or was) L'Oreal Gentle Lip and Eye makeup remover. It's awesome because it removes the makeup with just 2 to 3 swipes and it doesn't sting my eyes but it's a bit pricey for me. It costs around PhP 390.00 for 125ml. In2It 3 in 1 Cleansing Water costs PhP 279.00 for 150ml. I have already tried the makeup removers from Maybelline and Etude House and they are both great and affordable but compared to In2It, those makeup removers will cost you more money. So, I would settle for In2It 3 in 1 Cleansing Water plus it has good benefits for your skin.

PRODUCT NAME: In2It 3 in 1 Cleansing Water
PRICE: PhP 279.00
SPOTTED: SM Department Stores, Watsons

What the product claims:
- Removes facial and eye make-up
- Tones
- Moisturizes

I have been using this makeup remover for almost 3 months now and I really don't have any problem with it except its scent. I've mentioned in one of my videos that it smells like an old school lipstick. The ones that your grandmothers used to use. Hee! :)) Other than that, I can't seem to notice any unpleasant thing about this makeup remover.

Here's a side by side photo of me before and after using the makeup remover.

As you can see from the photo above the makeup is totally removed after using the 3 in 1 cleansing water from In2It. FYI, I haven't rinsed the cleansing water off my face yet in the after photo. It doesn't just remove your makeup, it also cleanses your skin. It claims that it tones your skin but it doesn't have that tightening feeling after using. It also claims that it moisturizes your skin and I agree because my face always feels moisturized everytime I use it. My skin feels soft and smooth even before rinsing.

Here are more photos of evidences: ;-)

With full makeup on

Here, half of my face was already cleansed using the In2It 3 in 1 Cleansing Water. You can really see the difference.

Just goofing around! ;-)

The makeup was totally transferred on the cotton pad dampened with 1n2It 3 in 1 cleansing water I used.

The eye makeup was totally removed. It's awesome!

Here's my photo after removing all of my makeup using only the In2It 3 in 1 Cleansing Water. Pretty neat, right? It's like I have already cleansed my face with water and a facial wash. Sometimes, I just rinse the cleansing water with tap water and skip the facial wash to avoid over-washing of my face. My Eskinol facial cleanser will clean out naman the excess makeup on my face.

PROS:
- It doesn't sting my eyes.
- It totally removes the facial and eye makeup with just 2 or 3 swipes without using a lot of the product.
-  It doesn't give me any breakouts.
- It cleanses your skin.
- Complete package (cleanser, makeup remover, toner, moisturizer)
- Contains aloe vera and Vitamin E

CONS:
- Unpleasant smell (at least for me)
- Packaging is not really an eye catcher but it's not a big deal.

Overall, I love the In2It 3 in 1 Cleansing Water. It has good benefits and it works perfectly. :)
How about you guys? What is your favorite makeup remover? :)

Stay awesome and accomplish your missions! :)
