Wet N Wild Megalast Lipsticks in Mauve Outta Here and Dollhouse Pink

Hi everyone!

I know almost all of you already know about Wet N Wild Megalast lipsticks because they're not actually new. However, it's my first time to try out these lipsticks and thanks to Stuff N' Shop for sending me two WnW Megalast lipsticks! :) Aileen, the owner of Stuff N' Shop sent me the shades Mauve Outta Here and Dollhouse Pink. She even added a blushable creme stick by NYC and a Santa Claus pen! Hihi! :) I was so glad that one of the shades is Mauve Outta Here because I've been meaning to buy it because I thought the color looks really pretty.

The shade Mauve Outta Here is actually more of a pink color than mauve in person. It reminds me of NYX Matte Lipstick in Natural. Their shades are almost the same. I love it! It's great for everyday makeup looks and I think it will suit any skin color.

The shade Dollhouse Pink is a barbie-pink color which will really catch people's attention because of its brightness. This shade naman reminds me of NYX Slim Lip Pencil in Dolly Pink. :) I love this lip color! Now this one, I don't think anyone can pull it off that easily. But if you have the confidence and if you are comfortable to wear bright lip colors such as this one, then that would be awesome because it'll fit you like a glove! :) This is the kind of colors that I really love to wear.

These Wet N Wild Megalast lipsticks are very pigmented. I have swatched almost all of their shades whenever I visit Wet N Wild counters. Finally, I now own two shades. :) One thing that I noticed about these lipsticks is that it can be a bit drying on the lips but if you moisturized your lips prior to applying the lipsticks, then it will be just fine. The first time that I tried it kasi, I forgot to moisturize my lips so never neglect your lip balms. Regardless what brand of lipsticks or type you are going to use. These lipsticks are matte, by the way. Another thing that I noticed is that the light shades might accentuate your dry lips. When I tried the Dollhouse Pink, my lips are super dry and after applying the lipstick, the dry skin and cracks are really showing off. So, I exfoliated my lips first using my toothbrush to remove the dry skin and have a smoother lips then re-applied the Dollhouse Pink and it was awesome! :)

I love, love, love these lipsticks! The packaging also passed my standard and taste. It's sturdy enough plus the lipstick bullet is long so this will last you for quite a while. These are also available in many different shades so go ahead and get crazy in choosing what you like! I think I'll buy the shade Sugar Plum Fairy next time. :)
