Eye Makeup Transitions with Paint Box Artistry (Makeup Workshop)

Last month, I was invited as a guest makeup artist in one of Paint Box Artistry's makeup workshops.  Paint Box Artistry, owned by Ms. Elaiza Basas, is known for hosting workshops for both basic and advanced makeup here in the Philippines.

The makeup workshop was a very intimate one and it was held in Go Hotels near Robinson's Pioneer. We had the makeup workshop in their conference room. This wouldn't be possible if not for my very good friend, Ms. Martha Jante, who is also a beauty vlogger. She endorsed me to Ms. Elaiza to be one of the guest makeup artists to the same workshop she would be in. We worked alongside each other to teach a small group of people about skin care and eye makeup transition. Peks Martha (that's our pet name for each other) shared with the students her skin care tips and tricks and I taught them three different eye makeup styles. The rest of the makeup workshop lectures were already tackled by Ms. Elaiza herself.

My Favorite Eye Makeup: SMOKEY HALO EYES

Hi, everyone! I'm trying to catch up on a lot of things. Things that I haven't shared here in my blog because I kind of went to a short hiatus. So, please excuse me if this is a little late.

A couple of months ago, I filmed this video and uploaded it in my YouTube channel. This is in collaboration with Sephora Philippines, by the way. Most of the eye products that I used to showcase my favorite eye makeup look are from www.sephora.ph.

About the eye makeup, yes! I love smokey eyes! And I love it even more if it's a smokey halo eyes! Having hooded lids, I think this is one of the best eye makeup styles for me. It helps open up the eyes and draws attention to your peepers since it looks like you have a spotlight on your lids.

Makeup Demo at Female Network's First Beauty Con

I am privileged to be given an opportunity to be a part of the first ever Beauty Con of one of the biggest beauty networks, FemaleNetwork.com! When I received an invitation from them to be one of their speakers, I was thrilled! I really couldn't believe my eyes and I immediately felt butterflies in my stomach and just feeling overwhelmed knowing that I'll be on stage talking in front of a big crowd. Excited and nervous at the same time but it was such a great opportunity, so, thank you, Female Network!

The FemaleNetwork Beauty Con happened last November 15, 2015 at the Robinson's Magnolia Atrium. Oh, there's me with my sister/model, Queen B.!
