Hi everyone!

I'm now on the 8th day of the makeup challenge. :)

DAY 8

What's your favorite daytime look?

I love clean and fresh face+eye makeup paired with bold or bright lip colors! I usually just use concealer for my blemishes and other imperfections, set it with powder, do my brows, curl lashes and coat with mascara, contour a bit, apply cheek tint or powder blush then finish the look with a loud or bright lip color. :) Any lip color that is like in-your-face! :)

30-Day Makeup Challenge - DAYS 6 and 7

Hi everyone!

I went to Alfonso, Cavite (my boyfriend's hometown) yesterday with my boyfriend and there is no internet connection there so I wasn't able to post Day 6 of the challenge. So I will, again, answer two days in one post. ;-p

DAY 6

Do you like/wear false eyelashes? If yes, strip or individual?

I like wearing false eyelashes for special occasions and when I am doing creative looks only. I do not actually like wearing them everyday or everytime I go out because to be honest, I don't feel comfortable with falsies on. I haven't really tried individual eyelashes yet so I can't compare.

DAY 7

Favorite eye shadow color?

BROWN! Because it goes with anything, don't you agree? You can pair it with neutral eye shadows, pink, green, blue, teal, etc.!

Hi everyone!

I was so busy yesterday, I forgot to post Day 4! So today I'm answering Day 4 and Day 5! :)

DAY 4

Do you like wearing foundation? If so, what's your color and favorite?

I do like wearing foundation but I don't use it everyday. I love Revlon foundations, they're one of the bests! I have light/fair skin with yellow undertone. :)

DAY 5

Favorite lipstick, lip gloss, and lip liner?

ALL FROM NYX! I really love their lip products because they have a wide range of shades and they are really pigmented. :)

30-Day Makeup Challenge - DAY 3

Hi everyone!

Today is the 3rd day for this makeup challenge! :)

DAY 3

Favorite brand(s)?

It actually depends on the product. I mean if is it for foundation, concealer, lipstick, etc. To be honest, I haven't really tried those higher-end cosmetic brands so for now, most of my favorites are drugstore cosmetics.

For foundations, I really love Revlon and Smashbox. I have also tried Cinema Secrets' foundation and concealer and I really loved it! L'Oreal and Maybelline have good foundations as well. Other brands that I love when it comes to concealer are L.A. Girls and Hard Candy.

For powders I love Maybelline, Fanny Serrano, Fashion 21, Ellana Minerals, 4U2 (BB Powder).

For blushes and eyeshadows, I love E.L.F., NYX, Ever Bilena (blushes).

For eye pencils and lip pencils, number one is NYX! I really love their pencils and the shades' availability because they have a wide range of colors to choose from. I also love pencils (including eyebrow pencils) from Nichido, Ever Bilena, Maybelline, Etude House, and Nature Republic.

For lipsticks, again, the winner is NYX. I also love lipsticks from In2It, Revlon, Wet N Wild, and Maybelline.

For mascaras, Maybelline is the best (for me)! It's awesome and it's affordable!

For brands in general, it would have to be NYX, Revlon, E.L.F., and Maybelline.

Hi everyone!

So, we're now on the second day of the 30-day Makeup Challenge. Here we go!

DAY 2

How did you learn to put on makeup?

I actually learned the application of makeup by experiences. I have a lot of questions about makeup but I didn't ask anyone how or why. What I did was I read a lot of makeup articles and all those other information about makeup using different mediums such as the internet, magazines, books, etc. That is basically how I learned to put on makeup. Now there are lots of makeup artists and YouTube beauty gurus filming videos and sharing their knowledge about makeup and I can say that those videos are definitely helpful. Especially those makeup artists/YT gurus that are already professional makeup artists and really know the do's and don'ts about makeup. Wayne Goss, Pixiwoo sisters, Kandee Johnson, Jordan Liberty, Lisa Eldridge, and Robert Jones are some of the bests!

Hi everyone!

Months ago, I had already started this 30-Day Makeup Challenge but then because of some technical difficulties, I forgot about this challenge completely! Now, I am going to start all over again and this time I promise to finish it! :)

DAY 1

When did you start putting on makeup?

I did start wearing makeup when I was in High School... first year to be exact. But the makeup that I put on my face were of course, limited. I just apply powder, a little blush and a lip gloss or light lipstick. During my college days were the times that I officially started wearing makeup, I mean full makeup --- from foundation to powder to eyeshadows to lipsticks! But I wore makeup that time occasionally or when I just felt like it. :)

30-Day Makeup Challenge I - DAY 6

DAY 6 QUESTION:

Do you like/wear false lashes? If yes, strip or individual?

ANSWER:

I actually don't wear false lashes on regular days like when I go out with friends or on a date. I only wear false eyelashes on special events and if ever I do wear a pair, I usually go for strip lashes because I haven't honestly tried the individual falsies. :)

DAY 5 QUESTION:

Favorite lipstick, lip gloss, and lip liner?

ANSWER:

My favorite lipsticks are the NYX Matte Lipsticks, In2It Moisture Intense Lipsticks, Maybelline Color Sensational in Summer Sunset, and Revlon lipsticks. For lip glosses, I don't usually use them but I guess I'll go for the Revlon ones, Careline lip glosses and the NYX Mega Shine lip glosses. For lip liners, hands down, the NYX Slim Lip Pencils! :)

DAY 4 QUESTION:

Do you like wearing foundation? If so, what’s your color and favorite?

ANSWER:

I like wearing foundation but I don't wear it everyday. Sometimes, I just use tinted moisturizers or BB creams for a more natural look. For the my shade in foundation, I use fair-to-medium shades and I have a warm skin tone. For my favorite foundation, it would have to be Revlon ColorStay and San San Matte Liquid foundation. :)

Actually, I am a self-taught makeup artist. I learned by experience and experimenting. I learned the basics and other stuff through YouTube and by Googling.

Day 1 Question:

When did you start putting makeup on?

Answer:

I started wearing makeup when I was in my first year in High School. I used to wear pressed powders from Johnson and Johnson's or Clean and Clear and lip gloss from Aido, Fashion 21 and Maybelline. ^_^

I remember when my girlfriends got in trouble for wearing lip gloss during class. Our Math teacher made us remove our lip glosses because she said we looked like we had just eaten pork fat! Hahaha! We were very embarrassed because the whole class was laughing at us! :-/ Err!
