Product Review: Burt's Bees Garden Tomato Toner

Here's a quick review of the Burt's Bees Garden Tomato Toner. I've used it for a month and I liked it. It's probably one of the best toners I've ever tried

Product Name: Burt's Bees Garden Tomato Toner
Price: P875.00
Available at: Beauty Bar, Pure Beauty

Infused with a blend of Tomato, Cucumber and Parsley Extracts, this natural facial toner removes lingering traces of cleanser and any trapped dirt, oil and make-up and helps to tighten pores. Formulated with a Fruit Acid Complex featuring Sugar Cane, Sugar Maple, and Bilberry Extracts rich in Alpha Hydroxy Acids, it also supports the natural exfoliation of dead skin cells.

The Burt's Bees Garden Tomato Toner is a mild toner especially beneficial for people with oily and troubled skin. It doesn't give a stinging sensation and doesn't leave you with that tight and dry feeling after application. It feels very light and it makes my skin feeling fresh and rejuvenated after every use. Like what's stated in Burt's Bees website and on the description at the back of the bottle, this toner removes traces of dirt and residues of cleansers. The scent is very pleasant, too. It smells like a mild citrus cologne.

I like this toner because other than the refreshing feeling it gives, it really feels like my skin is completely clean whenever I use it and it mattifies the skin, too. It doesn't break me out or anything. Oh, and it's 99.4% natural, by the way! I guess the only thing I like the lease about this toner is the packaging. The toner is stored in a glass bottle which is quite heavy. It actually looks like a small liquor to me. I personally am not a fan of its packaging because while it looks nice, classy, and simple, I think it's not ideal to bring this with you when you travel. I'm not confident in placing this inside my bag or kit because I'm afraid I might accidentally drop it and break the bottle into pieces. Also, the hole of the bottle is pretty huge so be careful whenever you pour it onto your cotton ball or cotton pad because you might get too much or might spill some.

Other than the packaging issue, I don't have any problems with it when it comes to quality. When it comes to its price, I think it can be a little pricey for a few people including me, honestly. But it's actually a good toner and I suggest that you give it a try especially if you have oily skin or oily-combination skin like me. Or if you're into natural skin care products, this would be perfect for you!

The Burt's Bees Garden Tomato Toner is available at Beauty Bar stores and Pure Beauty stores.

Stay awesome and accomplish your mission! :)
