FOTD (020913): Loving Local and Tamed Tresses

Hi everyone!

So earlier today, I went to Trinoma to support my blogger friend, Shebby of shebbychic.blogspot.com for her first ever meet and greet! :) Joyce of candyloveart2012.blogspot.com was there, too! I hung out with Joyce and my sister, Misty after and Shebby and her boyfriend I think hung out somewhere else. I had so much fun even though it lasted for only a few hours.

Here's my FOTD!

Would you believe that I only used local and drugstore products for this look? I've been loving local products lately. Well, I'm already a fan of local and affordable products because I'm more of a saver than a spender but lately, I've been loving local products even more! The only foreign products that I used for my makeup today were my blush and my lip color which is a lip shimmer from Wet N Wild which is one of my favorites! Review soon! :) For the blush, I used my new beauty UK bronzer that I received as a prize from kimpossiblygorgeous!. :)

The best thing about my makeup for today is that it lasted for long hours. Here's a before-after photo for you:

Actually, as I was typing this, my makeup is still intact and almost 8 hours had already passed since I applied my makeup! Amaaaazazzziinnng! :) Local products are usually underrated but you should really give it a try and you might just find one of your Holy Grails! :)

Here are the products that I used:

FACE
Ever Bilena Whitening BB Cream in Oriental
Fanny Serrano Two Way Cake in Silk (for highlighting the under eye area)
Fashion 21 Two Way Cake with Milk Moisturizers No. 2
brown and taupe eye shadows from my Aido Makeup Set (for contouring)
Beauty UK Bronzer

EYES AND BROWS
San San Eyebrow Pencil No. 3
brown and beige eye shadows from my Aido Makeup Set (eye makeup)
San San Age Defying Liquid Liner
San San Mascara Long Lash

LIPS
Wet N Wild Lip Shimmer in Cinnamon

Other than my makeup, I'm also loving how my hair looks and feels like today! So smooth, soft, and shiny! Haha! It's like I straightened my hair with a flat iron but I did not. Thanks to Lauat Hair Fall Defense Shampoo and Dove Hair Fall Control Conditioner! :)

By the way, if you have a crazy hair fall like me, try Lauat shampoo. I'll write a blog post about my hair fall defense products, soon! :)

That's it for my Saturday this week! How was yours? Probably some of you are still out partying but I'm already calling it a night. Have to get up early for church tomorrow. Talk soon!

Stay awesome and accomplish your mission! :)
