iWhite Korea 2-Minute Whitening Miracle Gel Review (with video)

I like non-abrasive exfoliants because they are gentler on the skin and do the job well. I have tried a few gel exfoliants before and the best I have tried is the one from Glory of New York. Unfortunately, it's pricey for me and it's available from distributors only so you don't have an easy access with their products. That's sad because their products are really great! Anyway, it's a good thing that I have found an equally good gel exfoliant which is way more affordable --- iWhite Korea 2-Minute Whitening Miracle Gel.

Price: Php24.50 / 8ml
Available at: Watsons, department stores

iWhite 2 Minute Whitening Miracle Gel is a specially formulated facial mask that gives your skin a healthy dose of whitening care and maintenance with all natural active ingredients. Within 2 minutes of application, your skin receives pampering through active skin brightening nourishment, hydration and relaxation. This mask also helps in the prevention and reduction of acne and controls excessive oiliness while keeping the skin moisturized.

How to use:
On a clean and dry face, apply a pea-sized amount (or enough for your entire face). Spread it all over your face. Leave it for 2 minutes and wait for it to become watery then start exfoliating by rubbing your face in circular motions. Rinse with water after.

The iWhite 2 Minute Whitening Miracle gel is a lightweight peeling gel that gently exfoliates the skin for deeper cleansing results. This special wash-off mask removes the outer layer of dead skin, letting the nutrients penetrate deeply into the skin for in-depth exfoliation and for a firmer and brighter complexion.

The gel has a thicker consistency than other gel-type skin care products. You will feel its thickness as you apply it onto your skin then as the properties of the product breaks down, the consistency becomes thinner and you will feel it getting watery.

As mentioned in the instructions above, wait for it to become watery then start rubbing in circular motions. Some people who used this said it doesn't become liquid-y. I suggest you add more if the same thing happens to you. You might have applied a small amount if it didn't get watery and was easily absorbed by the skin.

As you rub the product onto your face and exfoliate, tiny white crumbles form like white dirt. It is the exfoliant mixed with the removed dead skin.

I always focus on my nose area, especially on the sides to help get rid of my whiteheads and blackhead. I like concentrating on areas with thicker skin (nose, forehead, chin). Then I usually stop rubbing and exfoliating my face once the white dirt stops crumbling.

As you rub and exfoliate your face, you will eventually feel your skin getting softer and smoother. After that, I just rinse it off water until it doesn't feel slippery anymore. With just one use, you will get more supple, smoother, and brighter-looking skin.

As written on the petals on the sachet, the iWhite Korea 2 Minute Whitening Miracle Gel is nourishing, whitening, exfoliating, and blooming. I absolutely love this product because it does the job so well. I'm not sure yet about the whitening part though because there are times when I forget to exfoliate or I try other ones (for review purposes) so I haven't used this consistently yet.

As of now, this is just available in sachets. One sachet usually lasts me for three usage so for its price, it's already a good deal! If iWhite comes up with this gel in a tube or bottle, I'd totally buy it. I love this product and will definitely repurchase.

It is important to exfoliate your skin at least 2-3 times a week but since this product is so gentle, you can use this 4 times a week. I suggest you follow the instruction for better results.

Here is my review and demo video of the iWhite Korea 2 Minute Whitening Miracle Gel. I hope you'll watch it to see the product in action.

Let me know your thoughts about this product if you have already used this and I hope you can share other good exfoliants, too. :)
