iWhite Korea 2-Minute Whitening Miracle Gel Review (with video)

I like non-abrasive exfoliants because they are gentler on the skin and do the job well. I have tried a few gel exfoliants before and the best I have tried is the one from Glory of New York. Unfortunately, it's pricey for me and it's available from distributors only so you don't have an easy access with their products. That's sad because their products are really great! Anyway, it's a good thing that I have found an equally good gel exfoliant which is way more affordable --- iWhite Korea 2-Minute Whitening Miracle Gel.

Review and Swatches: Sooper Beaute So Matte Lip and Cheek Therapy

It's always so exciting to discover new products especially when they are good finds and worth the money and worth the try! One of the best things in being in a beauty community is that you discover new products almost all the time. One of the recent skin care and cosmetic brands that I've learned about is Sooper Beaute when they sent me a message on Instagram. I immediately checked out their products and they quickly caught my attention! The packaging is so colorful, girly, chic, and cute and they have a lot of products to offer from skin care to makeup!

I got the chance to try some of their best-sellers but let's talk first about their famous So Matte Lip and Cheek Therapies.

Photo Shoot with the NU Lady Bulldogs

Last month, I had the privilege to do the makeup of the NU Lady Bulldogs for a photo shoot for Biogenic and work alongside fellow makeup artist and beauty blogger, Ms. Nikki Tiu of Askmewhats! It was such an honor and I want to thank Nikki for having me as part of the team. :) The hairstylist is the great Aeicy Cruz who did all of the girls' hair. Ang galing! I also met Mr. Mark Lao, the photographer for the Biogenic shoot. His works are all amazing and he is really nice, too! It's the first time that I worked with him.

Opening of V&M Naturals HQ!

You can never go wrong with using all natural products, that's what I love about them. They are Earth-friendly, very gentle and avoid irritation since they don't contain harsh chemicals, and they don't have any strange side effects. I've been seeing and hearing a lot about V&M Naturals from my good friend and fellow beauty blogger/vlogger, Shebby. Her testimonials about their products are all positive and the products look absolutely promising. However, I didn't really get the chance before to try them even though I wanted to because first, I still have tons of skin care products in my room waiting to be tested and reviewed, and second, I was saving my extra money for other stuff, especially for school. Dang it! College life, especially the senior year, is so expensive! And since I still have a lot of different skin care products that I can use, I didn't find the urge to buy new ones.

Anyway, continuing on with my story, I finally got the chance to test out their products when Shebby and Ms. Jamie, the owner of V&M Naturals, invited me to attend the opening of their HQ in Fairview.

Product Review: Yves Rocher Sérum Végétal Line

I have tried many skin care products from various brands ever since I started blogging. Most of them are whitening products. Since I'm already in my mid-20s, it is just time for me to start using anti-aging products. Yes, you should start using anti-aging products and start taking care of your skin as early as when you're just in your early 20s.

A few months ago, I got to be one of the selected beauty bloggers to have first dibs on Yves Rocher's Sérum Végétal Line. It is an anti-wrinkle innovation skin care line developed by Yves Rocher. This wrinkle and firmness skin care line's main ingredient is a powerful plant called Ice Plant. If you want to read more about the Sérum Végétal line's background, please click here

To be honest, this post has long been overdue. In fact, I already emptied the products but I really want to share this to you since a lot of you are asking about the skin care products I use and also, these products are so awesome!

Achieving My #MakeupGoals and #MakeupTransformation with Sleek MakeUP!!!

One of the things I love about makeup is I can do creative/avant garde makeup looks! I love using my face as a canvass and create extraordinary makeup looks inspired by whatever is interesting for me. Here are a few samples of my works:

Last January, Sleek MakeUP challenged a few beauty bloggers and makeup artists to transform their makeup looks into somewhat the opposite of what they usually do or opposite from their specialty when it comes to makeup. We were invited to a photo shoot at Studio Pro in Makati by Sleek MakeUP and Digify Marketing Solutions Corp. wherein we could achieve our #makeupgoals using products from #SleekMakeUPPH and showcase our winning looks and get a chance to be part of the first ever Sleek Lookbook!

My Hair Makeover!!!

I've had black hair for half a year last year because our school is strict and conservative when it comes to how the students dress and present themselves. It's been years since I last dyed my hair black. Although my original hair color is black, I always dye my hair with either, brown, blonde, ash, and I even dyed my hair red on the Summer of 2014. Since we won't be allowed to have our new I.D. picture taken without dying our hair dark, I decided to dye my hair with dark brown but it appeared jet black after! I was planning to change my hair color back to dark ash after having my I.D. picture taken but after seeing the black hair on me, I thought I looked younger so I decided to keep it and also, to let my hair rest and breathe from all those harsh chemicals.

But after a while, I've gotten too familiar and bored with my black hair so I decided to change my hair color come 2016. Fortunately, my friend and fellow YouTube beauty vlogger, Ms. Jaja Enriquez offered her salon, Cut & Fix International Salon Pag-Asa so I can have a hair makeover! How awesome! I brought my boyfriend with me who's been sporting long hair for years already because he had also decided to cut his hair short.

The UltiMatte Face Off Challenge: Maybelline White SuperFresh Review

Maybelline has always been one of my favorites when it comes to affordable but good-quality powders. I've been using their powders ever since I started exploring the makeup world. I personally love their Clear Smooth All-in-One pressed powder and their BB Silk Poreless White powder (you can click here if you want to read my review about the BB Silk Powder). But now, I have a new favorite! As a person who lives in a tropical country, I commend Maybelline for developing the White SuperFresh Powder Foundation!
